White Tapestry

Steeping Instructions

Step 1:
Add boiling water to mug and allow the water to cool to 170°-185° or simply wait 2-5 minutes.
Step 2:
Steep 1 round Tbsp or 3-4 grams of tea per 8 oz of water.
Step 3:
Steep for 1-3 minutes. It may be well worth experimenting with water closer to 170° as white teas often provide more character with cooler water. Try multiple steepings.

Tip! Consider a sample size to explore 3-4 cups of a new tea!

White Tapestry Tea Description:

An organic white tea blend that weaves a range of flavors into a nuanced complexity anchored by the subtle smoothness of white tea. High notes of rose, lavender and jasmine are balanced by the middle note of the white tea and a faint base note of mint that gives the tea a wonderful body.

Enjoy this relaxing tea when you have time for more than one infusion of the leaves to appreciate the change in flavor characteristics between infusions.

Conventional TeasIngredients:

Organic Roses, Organic Green Tea with Jasmine, Organic White Tea, Organic Peppermint, Organic Lavender Flowers

I visited the Dominion Tea shop in Purcellville, VA before I moved out of the area stocking up on my favorites which included Cherry Blossom. The owner suggested I try White Tapestry. Wow. The softness of cherry blossom with lavender. The flavors mingle creating a uniqueness in both flavor and smell. I would serve this tea anytime.
