Matcha and White Chocolate Glaze
This glaze adds a little green tea taste to cookies and is easy to make.
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup of Milk
- 2 Tbsp of Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp of Matcha
Melt the white chocolate chips in a sauce pan with milk on low heat. Once fully melted, remove from heat and add the powdered sugar and matcha. Mix until smooth. Yields about a 1/2 cup of glaze
