Asian Pear & Spice White Tea Dry Leaf and Liquor

Steeping Instructions

Step 1:
Add boiling water to mug and allow the water to cool to 170°-185° or simply wait 2-5 minutes.
Step 2:
Steep 2 flat Tbsp or 3-4 grams of tea per 8 oz of water.
Step 3:
Steep for 1-3 minutes. It may be well worth experimenting with water closer to 170° as white teas often provide more character with cooler water. Try multiple steepings.

    From my first taste of Dominion Tea's Asian Pear & Spice White Tea I felt I should be sipping it from a Champagne glass -- it is that special! The delicate organic white tea is bolstered by the perfect blend of spices. The organic Star Anise adds a playful, adult note creating an elegant tea drinking experience. To me, this pale beauty is meant to be indulged in the early afternoon, making it easy to pretend I am at a 5-star resort.
